Sludge Lance

DUMECO has developed a special slurry-lance for the injection of high viscosity slurries with a simple and robust construction.

Field applications:

Circulating fluidized bed
Rotary kilns
Municipal waste boiler

The atomizing of the waste fuels will be done using steam or compressed air.
In this way, the sludge will be blown into little bits and burned in the furnace.

Fuels:

Sewage sludge
Oil sludge
Pasty wastes from the petrochemical and chemical industries

The sludge lance uses a central pipe, without any neck or rebound in the diameter.
In this way, it will be ensured that no caking or formation of bottlenecks can happen, and the unimpeded hauling of the sludge is possible.
