Valve and instrumentation Racks

Our burner racks are manufactured according to the precise specifications of our customers for gaseous and liquid fuels or waste liquids and offer the following functions:

• Filtering of fuel gas
• Gas pressure regulating
• Gas flow meter
• Gas on/off safety shut-off valves
• Liquid on/off safety shut-off valves
• ESD valves
• Flow meter for liquids
• Flow control valves for gas and liquids
• Intstruments pressure transmitter and pressure gauge
• Instrument air ramp with 3-way solenoid valves
• Shut-off valves for atomizing air and purging steam

All valves, instruments and piping ar mounted on a frame in carbon steel or painted stainless steel.

The valves and instruments ar wired to the junction boxes.

Before the burner skid leaves our factory, we carry out a leak test and a wired functional test.
